I had newly remodelled, large room complete with a view over Danube and the bedroom, for instance.

the hotel was absolutely great and atmospheric, our room was gorgeous, loved it. the venue staff was amazingly great and nice. our room had an exceptionally comfortable bed and a good view. marvellous location, we were minutes away from center of the city. this hotel was in a pretty comfortable area. the downstairs bar was superb.
The breakfast certainly should be was n't included in my rate.

Location close to -the old town the piers, of the cruise ships in short distance walks nearby and a lovely restaurant near the next bridge up past the Rathaus called Zum Alten Bräuhaus which seemed to be a real locals place and the center of Passau tourist area. A safe box, multi-channel television, and a mini fridge bar in the room, great location.

Absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location for our visit to Cathedral Passau at a medium distance from the hotel. Great bed, clean bathroom and central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room. A wide range of options for breakfast, tasty breads, cereals, and pastries.

Easy check-in, late check-out, responsive staff. Magnificent and ideal location - close to Germany, the river and centre of city. Also, easy to be accessed from the railway station.

The breakfast was plentiful at 5.45, good food. The employees were fabulously helpful and attentive and offered outstanding services. Central location so close to a lovely restaurant up past the Rathaus called Zum Alten Bräuhaus which seemed to be a real locals place, and which can be challenging to drive around, it was in an extremely comfortable area. Again, the hotel was set within a close distance from a baroque Catholic cathedral.

My second stay at the Residenz was just as great as the first! The staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Despite arriving early in the morning, they provided me with coffee and ensured that my room was available even before the standard check-in time. The hotel itself is stunning, with a perfect location and an amazing breakfast buffet. I will definitely be returning.
